Hi, Shannon here Reiki Practitioner! Why I decided to become a Reiki Practitioner and how I benefited from my Reiki sessions.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process. It works by channeling universal life energy through the hands of a trained practitioner into the recipient’s body. During a session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing this energy to flow and restore balance. Many people experience warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during Reiki. It’s often used to relieve tension, improve emotional well-being, and enhance overall health.
